Flash Training is the Industry Standard

Flash Animation

Macromedia Flash is a software tool used to write scripting language (“ActionScript”) to create computer animation. Most popular on the web, Flash is used for advertising, marketing, product demonstration, and online sites. It supports vector and raster graphics, which use a grid of pixels to define images. Flash sites require the use of the Flash player to view Flash animation and graphics.

Flash Training Online

There are a number of online training programs for Flash, varying in length, depth, and levels of certification. Flash certification is a valuable resume booster, and an education in Flash animation is a basic requirement for many web design jobs.

Your Flash training will instruct you in the following basic Flash principles:

  • Drawing simple graphics
  • Creating transparent objects
  • Layering and grouping
  • Frame-by-frame animation
  • Scale and movement
  • Creating clips

Flash is ideal to learn online, because the training requires many hours of studying and working with the program at home. At the end of your Flash training, you’ll be able to design animation for a Flash site, and can begin to look for Flash animation jobs. These jobs are normally found in web design, and may require additional education. The good news is that this further training can typically be done online as well.
