Animex 2005: Call for Student Animation Films
A great opportunity for animation students to gain experience and exposure. The The Animex International Festival of Animation is seeking entries for the 2005 International Student Animation Awards. According to Animex, "this unique event recognises and rewards student animators from around the world. Last year over 350 entries representing 25 countries were received. It's a high standard competition with an entry deadline of 1 October 2004".
Applications are available online. If you are an aspiring animator of film maker, this falls into that category of "must consider". You have 5 full months to put something together. Hollywood blockbusters have failed in as much time.
