New Animation Software
Pixar has announced that they will be releasing their newest animation software RenderMan Pro Server 12.
"[This new software] will feature performance optimizations and general enhancements that represent a major evolution of the 3D rendering system".
RenderMan Pro Server 12 is aimed for professional 3D animators. It is the same quality of what was used for Pixar movies such as "Toy Story" and "Finding Nemo". It includes many upgrades and new features that will be very exciting for animators. RenderMan Pro Server 12 is going to be officially available in fall 2004.
